The machine had a failed rubber track, and the customer needed to get back to work fast. Rather than guessing, we went out in person, inspected the machine, and took the measurements needed to confirm the correct replacement track for this model.

We now have the SDLL30 rubber track fitment documented.

Based on those measurements, VIQAN has already placed a special order for ten replacement rubber tracks, with arrival expected in the middle of May. The customer was thrilled to hear that a solution is now in motion and that the machine should be back up and running soon.

This is exactly why hands-on support matters. A lot of these smaller imported mini skid steers are sold at attractive price points, but when a wear part fails, owners can get stuck trying to sort out sizes and availability on their own. For contractors and landscapers, downtime costs money.
